Due east-Zpass
I'1000 trying to sign up online using www.e-zpassny.com. Since I'1000 from Canada, I selected Canada and my province from the drop down menu. And the problem comes subsequently this; they don't have the option to enter Canadian post lawmaking. Delight only reply to this thread if you take successfully filled up the application form as a Canadian or if you are a E-ZPass tech support. (I've attached a screen shot)

I but checked my EZPass profile. What I see is my postal code all in the offset field. I retrieve that second field is for the characters subsequently the dash in a 9 digit zip lawmaking

Thanks for the prompt answer. I tried this way as well simply it says that the "Entered Zip lawmaking doesn't friction match with the state" (attached screen shot).

I doubtable the issue is probably that although you indicated ON, Canada, the site doesn't know it yet. Try to salve the page or refresh it with ON and Canada selected and then that the page is upwards to engagement with the revised information.
Declining that, there was a very log thread nigh EZPass a few years ago and this issue came up then.

Thanks for all the helping tips. I finally got information technology done by a totally dissimilar way. I called them at the number provided by Phils. They suggested me to put Ny as country and a NY Zip code and once everything is done, telephone call them back to edit the land, province and postal code. I did that, chosen them back, after a while, I was told that it was stock-still. But when I logged in once more, it was nonetheless USA, NY and with a NY zip code. Called them again and they didn't have any clue what I was talking about. It took again nigh 35 minutes. Merely this fourth dimension I didn't hang up immediately later the representative said that it was fixed. I put that person on hold and logged in and establish it was finally stock-still. Now, just waiting for the package. I hope, it arrives before I travel this December.

I really think Canadians should just purchase a prepaid one in the US and annals it after the fact.

Spoke to a amanuensis, no luck
Read this, entered my state as NY and my postal code as theirs 12212 and it the payment went through.

Exist sure to larn your EZPass sooner rather than later if you travel the NY state highway - the unabridged organisation is transitioning to cashless by the end of the year.

Is it withal not stock-still afterward so many years?
I tried to go through the e-zpassny.com and fifty-fifty though it recognizes the Canadian postal lawmaking, at the very last footstep, where you take/verify all the information you lot entered, it says "We're pitiful, the organisation is unavailable. Please effort once again afterward."
I have tried iii unlike cards on three different days with IE, Chrome, Edge, all iii has been charged(awaiting), which means the card is adept, merely somehow the organisation doesn't think so.
I am worried if I put an NY address to bypass this, then the tag may be shipped to the NY address earlier any agent can change the info in the system.

I uncertainty that servicing Canadian members is their most important priority.
When I registered years ago, I encountered the same issue.
I solved it by calling their support telephone number who stock-still information technology for me. They were very accommodating.

Unless you simply travel to NYS, I would suggest you lot look at the E-Pass Xtra (looks like they renamed it to Due east-Pass UNI at present)

Just worth remembering you exercise lose the NY EZPass discounts if y'all get this way. Can exist a big difference, especially when it comes to the bridges and tunnels around NYC.

EZ Pass NY is role of the aforementioned organization. The same transponder works on the entire system.
The big bargain with EZ-Pass NY is that NY have a directly PAYG account with no monthly fees that's valid beyond the unabridged system and the account balance doesn't expire. Other states / members may charge a monthly fee regardless of whether yous use the organization or not

I called them earlier and they asked me to try with IE/Safari and phone call them dorsum if notwithstanding nil works.
I call up there is some internal error handling Canadian addresses since all my credit cards are charged wihout any problems.
I will endeavour to recollect tmmr to see if they tin gear up it up over the phone

Standard EZ Laissez passer transponders don't work in GA or most of FL, and standard SunPass or EPass issued in FL don't piece of work in the EZPass States. The Uni Eastward-Laissez passer does, equally does the Quick Pass issued in North Carolina.
But NY issued one will be fine for 90% of usa.
